Every Syrup Veils veil is handmade to order just for you.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be made before it is dispatched. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

• International: Delivery times vary by destination.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, postal delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where available, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
